Mudra Denim Pvt Ltd was incorporated in 2007, promoted by Mr Murarilal Agarwal and his family. The company in engaged in to dying and processing of denim fabric at its unit in Ankleshwar, Gujarat, with a capacity of about 14.5 million meter per annum, which commenced operations from January 2015. The company has completed a backward integration project by setting up a weaving unit at a cost of Rs. 76.66 Cr, which was funded with Debt:Equity Ratio of 1.85:1. Debt for the same is availed from IDBI Bank and the project has commenced full scale operations in May 2017.
