Garden Silk Mills Ltd plans modernization and expansion of its Jolwa unit in Palsana Taluk in Surat district of Gujarat with an investment of Rs. 1327.5 million. The project involves expanding and polyester chips (3,92,600 tpa to 5,45,600 tpa) and modernizing polyester filament yarn manufacturing unit . the project also involves setting up of a captive power generation unit of 28 MW. The expansion will be carried out the company ‘s existing premises.
