GIDC (Gujarat Industries Development Corp) is planning to set up a textile park in Hanspura in Gujarat. The complex will have a G+3 structure where it can accommodate upto 150 machines per floor. The new park will also have facilities for showroom for display of garments. Various common facilities such as crèche, training centre, warehouse, parking and other facilities like canteen and dormitories will also form a part of the textile park.
In August 2021, GIDC has invited bids to select the contractor to provide the basic facilities. The contract is worth of
Rs. 1050 million.
