SIMA sets up PSG-Textile Training Institute

To provide better technical trained personnel, SIMA (South Indian Mills Association) has joined up with PSG School of Technology to set up a textile training institute. Initially, the institute will launch 2 year certificate courses later courses approved by NCVT. It also has plans to make it as a ‘centre of excellence’. Lakshmi Machine Works (LMW) has donated the entire range of spinning machinery and PSG Insitute of Technology has provided land.
