About the Company :
JRD Denims Ltd started operations in the year 2016 in Ankleshwar, Gujarat. The company is joint a venture of three group of Surat namely i.e. Vimlon Group (Ranka Family), Dalmia Group (Dalmia Family) and Vitrag Group (Jain Family). All the three groups are engaged in textile business since four decades through textile processing, knitting, dyeing, weaving, trading and marketing of textile products.The directors of the Company are Mr. Alpesh Ranka, Mr. Mayur Ranka, Mr. Abhishek Dalmia Mrs. Sneh Dalmia, Mr. Mahavir Jain and Mr. Hitesh M. Jain. The company is engaged in manufacturing Denim Fabrics.
JRDDL had proposed setting up an integrated denim project in two phases(Phase I – yarn dyeing & Phase II – weaving division). The company has completed its phase I project and started operations in Jan 2018, at Panoli GIDC Industrial Estate, Ankleshwar, District Bharuch, Gujarat. JRDDL had planned to commence Phase II project construction from Dec 2018 at GIDC Industrial Estate Jagadia, Bharuch, Gujarat. However, due to slowdown in the textile market, JRD has discontinued the plan of phase II.
