Reaghan Fashions Pvt Ltd started operations in the year 2009 by Mr. Dinesh Dhankani and Mrs. Karishma Dhankani to undertake the business of weaving fabric from viscose and nylon yarns. The company has a capacity of 97.25 Lakh meters per annum for weaving of grey fabric at its sole manufacturing unit located in Surat (Gujarat). RFPL generates its revenue through two segments, i.e., manufacturing of grey cloth from viscose and nylon yarn and trading of yarn. RFPL imports yarn from China and sells in the domestic market and also produces viscose grey fabric from imported yarn. RFPL sells grey fabric and yarn in the domestic market only. Within the domestic market, the company’s sales are spread across a number of cities such as Surat, Mumbai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Delhi, Indore, Sikandrabad, Hyderabad, Patna, etc.,
