Sri Venkata Umashankar Spintex to set up new unit in Vemavaram

Sri Venkata Umashankar Spintex is setting up a cotton & blended yarn unit in Vemavaram village in Guntur district of Andhra Pradesh with an investment of Rs. 400 million. The yarn unit will have a capacity of 20,160 spindles and is spread over 11 acres.
The project is under implementation and is likely to go operational by December 2011
