Viscose Staple Fibre,a man made fibre is being imported in great quantities from Indonesia, China and Vietnam it has made a provisional anti-dumping duty from the subject countries. Now the authority had established injury to domestic industry, it has imposed positive dumping duty on VSF from China and Indonesia. It recommended a definitive anti-dumping duty of $0.103 per kg in the case of P.T. South Pacific Viscose, Indonesia, and $0.164 per kg in the case of PT Indo-Bharat Rayon, Indonesia.
