The group trades in cotton, manufactures yarn and also has knitting and dyeing facilities through various companies which includes Four Star International Limited, Vishnu Cotton Mills Limited, Four Star International (FSI), Goldstar Cottex Limited (GCL) and Exim Overseas Private Limited (EOPL).
VCML, incorporated in 1994 and taken over by the current promoter in June 2013 is engaged in manufacturing of yarn with an installed capacity of 12 tonnes per day through 36,864 spindles. It also has a dyeing division with capacity of 10 tonnes per day.
