➔Sri Anuragavi Garments is a partnership firm established in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu in 2005. The firm is engaged in the manufacturing and exporting of garments for men, women and children. Additionally the firm is also involved in the generation of wind power. The business is 100% export oriented and its products are sold to established brands in Europe & U.K. The firm outsources 80% of the production work on job work basis and around 20% of the work is completed in house. Sewing and packing is done inhouse and other operations are outsourced.
Totally, there are 4 production units, of which 3 are located in Tirupur and one in Palani district with average utilization of 87 %, an additional unit is being constructed in Kanakkampalayam, TN. The firm also generates wind energy (plants with capacity of 225 K.W at 3 locations in Tamil Nadu) and sells the power to Tamil Nadu Electricity Board. (TNEB). Sale of power contributed ~ Rs 0.25 Cr in FY19.
