Gini Silk mills, since 30 years, have expertise in 100% cotton, polyester cotton, polyester viscose, 100% polyester shirting & suiting fabrics. Gini uses the most versatile and modern weaving machines – like the state-of-the-art high speed Rapier loom technology from Belgium and the Picanol Rapier loom. These looms are well equipped with a 16-shaft dobby and can weave up to 6 different colour insertions in the weft.
They have also employed world class processing machines like Schriner calendar, paper finish, and mercerizing, carbonizing and singeing machines.
