About the Company :
Incorporated in 1981, Sri Jayajothi & Co. Limited is engaged in the business of spinning 100% cotton, blended and synthetic fibres in the range of 3s to 120s. The company has the capacity of producing single, doubled and cabled yarns of upto 3.5kgs without knots. The Company has also diversified into fabric weaving and garmenting business, though spinning remains the core activity. The two spinning units (Unit I and Unit II) for the Company are located at Rajapalayam with total installed capacity of 1,43,768 spindles and 3608 rotors. The company operates19 power looms and Juki machines for its weaving and garmenting division. The company has two 100% wholly owned subsidiaries namely Sri Jayajothi Textile Mills Private Ltd and Sri Jayajothi Power Management Company Pvt Ltd
