Incorporated in March 2021, Botad (Gujarat) based ASPL is promoted by Mr. Julias Kalathiya along with his friends and relatives. The company completed its project for setting up manufacturing facility in October 2022 with total project cost of Rs. 105 crore, funded through equity of Rs. 34.00 crore, term loan of Rs.67.00 crore, and balance from unsecured loans. ASPL commenced its operations in November 2022. The facility has 27,360 spindles with processing capacity of 24,500 kilo grams per day (KGPD) for manufacturing of cotton yarn.
