About the Company :
Jain Cord Industries Pvt Ltd started operations in the year 2012. The company procures approximately 80% of the raw material from Cotton Works and Flock Fab and remaining 20% is procured from textile unit in Ahmedabad. The company is engaged in dyeing and finishing of cloth. The manufacturing facility is set up in Kosi (Uttar Pradesh) and has an installed capacity of 1,10,000 metre per day as on September 15, 2020. The company after processing the raw fabric into finished fabric sells out to the garmenting units across all over India and abroad.
Haryana based Flock Fabs (FF) was established in the year 1994 as a partnership firm and is currently being managed by Mr. Amit Jain, Mr. Sunil Jain and Ms. Sushma Jain sharing profits and loss in 2:1:1 ratio. The firm is engaged in weaving of cloth. The manufacturing facility is set up in Gurgaon and has an installed capacity of 4,50,000 metre per month as on September 15, 2020. The primary raw material is yarn which is procured from suppliers located in Ludhiana. The firm after processing the fabric sells out majorly to Jain Cord Industries Private Limited (approx. 60%).

The firm is engaged in weaving and knitting of cloth. The manufacturing facility is set up in Gurgaon and has an installed capacity of 60,000 metre per month as on September 15, 2020. The primary raw material is yarn which is procured from suppliers located in Ludhiana. The firm after processing the yarn into raw fabric sells out majorly to Jain Cord Industries Private Limited (approx. 90%).
