Lakshmivel Mills Pvt Ltd started operations in the year 2007 is part of the CIBI group. The CIBI Group was established in 1991 by Mr. G. Sakthivel and his wife Ms. Punithavathi.
The operations of the group are based out of Perundurai (near Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu) and it is one of the medium-sized groups in the textile industry in South India. The group derives major portion of its business from Eastman, which is one of the largest textile groups in South India. LMPL is primarily engaged in spinning and has an installed capacity of 20,832 spindles to produce 34,64,688 kg of yarn annually.
