Sri Harini Textiles Ltd, started operations in the year October 2005, is involved in producing cotton yarn at its facility in Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh. The company forms part of the Ramco Group, which has flagship entities such as The Ramco Cements Limited, Ramco Industries Limited and Ramco Systems Limited. The textile division of the Ramco group consists of five other entities – viz – Rajapalayam Mills Limited, Rajapalayam Textile Limited, The Ramaraju Surgical Cotton Mills Limited, Sandhya Spinning Mill Limited, Sri Vishnu Shankar Mill Limited.
SHTL, which commenced operations in July 2008, currently has an installed capacity of 1,440 rotors. As on March 31, 2020, the company was held 49.7% by RSCML and the remaining by promoters and their family members.
