Sri Krishna Spinning and Weaving Mills Pvt Ltd (SKSWMPL) was incorporated in 1950 at Bangalore. It is the flagship company of the Bangalore based Yadalam group (established in 1930) which is an established textile producer in South India. SKSWMPL is an integrated textile process house, which manufactures grey cloth/fabric and undertakes fabric processing activity on job work basis for Vikram traders, a group company, which is the marketing arm of the company and supplies ready to cut fabric for domestic and international markets. SKSWMPL’s textile process has facilities of bleaching, mercerizing, dyeing, printing, garment washing and finishing under one roof. The installed capacity is 75,000 meters of fabric per day and capacity utilization is around 85%.

Yadalam group was founded by Late Sri Yadalam Gopalakrishna Setty in 1930 and at present the group is headed by Mr Y G Madhusudan. The Yadalam group comprises of 4 companies namely Sri Krishna Spinning & Weaving Mills Pvt Ltd, Vikram Traders, Gopalakrishna Textile Mills Pvt Ltd (Rated BWR B in March 2017) and Fab Distributors.
