Bharni Cotton Mills was initially established as Soundar Spinners as a proprietorship by Mr. Velusamy, subsequently the concern was converted into a partnership firm and name was changed to Bharni Cotton Mills in 2004.The firm’s registered office is located at Kannampalayam, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The firm is engaged into manufacturing of cotton yarn, Synthetic and polyester. The firm has current installed capacity 28224 spindles.
Mr. V. Soundar, who is the managing partner has an experience of more than a decade in the line business and other partners are Ms. K Saranya, Mr. M. Kangaiyappan and Ms. K. Rajeshwari.
