Incorporated in 1989, Cheslind Textiles Limited (CTL) is engaged in manufacturing of cotton yarn with a present capacity of 64,656 spindles. During 2007, the company was acquired by RSWM Limited, a group company of LNJ Bhilwara group. RSWM holds 69.85% stake in CTL. CTL has its manufacturing unit for cotton yarn located at Bagalur in Tamil Nadu and doubling unit at Thirubuvanai, Pondicherry. The company manufactures single and double yarns, which are used for both knitting and weaving. The company is currently focussing on organic cotton yarn. It is exporting almost ~80% of its production with ~90% of the exports to Bangladesh.
