Flock Fabs started operations in the year 1994 as a partnership firm and is currently being managed by Mr. Amit Jain, Mr. Sunil Jain and Ms. Sushma Jain sharing profits and loss in 2:1:1 ratio. The firm is engaged in weaving of cloth. The manufacturing facility is set up in Gurgaon and has an installed capacity of 4,50,000 metre per month as on September 15, 2020.
The primary raw material is yarn which is procured from suppliers located in Ludhiana. The firm after processing the fabric sells out majorly to Jain Cord Industries Private Limited (approx. 60%). Haryana based Cotton Works (CW) was established in the year 2013 as a partnership firm and is currently being managed by Mr. Anil Jain, Mr. Arun Jain, Mr. Aditya Jain, Mr. Akhil Jain and Ms. Mamta Jain sharing profit and loss in the 4:2:1:1:2 .
