Rohini Garments was established as a proprietorship concern in 1990, and in 1994, Rohini Mills was established as a partnership firm. Subsequently, both the firms were merged to form M/s Rohini Textile Industry. In 2009, it was reconstituted as Rohini Textile Industry Pvt Ltd. RTIPL is engaged in spinning of yarn, processing of fabric, fabric and yarn dyeing and fabric printing. It has three units located at Satyamangalam (Spinning unit), Tirupur (Processing unit-1) and Perundurai (Processing unit-2).
