Yash Weavers Private Limited (SWPL) is a private limited company which was incorporated in the year 2005 in Mumbai by the Agrawal family. YWPL is engaged in the weaving of denim fabric which is 100 percent sold to Jindal Worldwide Limited (JWL). YWPL has set up unit at Amitara Green Hi-Tech Textiles Park Private Limited which has installed 100 Toyota made Airjet Looms and other related machinery such as an air compressor and humidification plant. The installed capacity of the unit is to produce around 10 million meters of fabric per annum. The capacity utilisation is around 90~100 percent for FY 2022. SWPL belongs to Jindal Group, which is a well known name in the Textile Industry having Spinning, Weaving, Processing and even stitching facilities at their Narol & Vatva locations. The main raw material is procured from JWL and credit terms for both sales & purchases remain flexible.
