Siyaram is planning to invest Rs. 1600 million in an expansion programme at its Tarapur plant. The project involves expanding its garment capacity from 2.5 lakh pieces to 3.2 lakh pieces and fabrics capacity by 10 lakh metres. The expansion will be completed by 2013. The company enjoys a 20% market share in the organized textile retail market.
