IKEA, the Swedish home furnishings manufacturer has brought modified designs in Punja looms which are used for making
durries, carpets etc., for sustained development. It has partnered with its supplier Eastern Home Industries to develop the
loom with ergonomic and mechanized. Working on Punja looms is a tough task and requires hard work and the new improvement
will mean more workforce can be brought in for training and development
